Independent Villa – Munjaavu – HSR Layout

This independent villa in HSR Layout—designed for Dr. Hari Prasad and fondly named Munjaavu, meaning early morning—beautifully embodies the serenity and freshness of a new dawn. The home is thoughtfully crafted with a lush terrace garden, an indoor pool, Large volume double-height spaces, indoor courtyards with greenery, and an abundance of skylights that bathe every corner in soft, natural light throughout the day. A striking architectural highlight is the floating glass bridge, which creates a seamless visual connection between floors while adding a sense of openness and elegance.

The interiors are warm and inviting, featuring a large wooden pooja mantap, bringing a spiritual calm to the heart of the home. The design seamlessly blends modern elements—like glass railings, contemporary lighting, and clean lines—with earthy touches such as natural stone, wood accents, and beautifully landscaped pockets visible from multiple rooms.

Every space in Munjaavu has been curated to reflect tranquility, warmth, and timeless design—an architectural celebration of light, nature, and thoughtful living. As the very first project executed by Santhrupth, Munjaavu played a pivotal role in establishing his reputation, earning him recognition and praise within the construction and design community.
